Ingredients:
- 1 Whole Bakes Potatoe
- 3 Tablespoons Red Pepper and Artichoke Tampenade (found at Trader Joes in a glass jar near the sauces)
- 1/2 Cup Nonfat Cottage Cheese
Directions:
Mix cottage cheese and tampenade together and top it on the baked potato. Yummy!
