Recipe of the Week... Turkey Chili!














Turkey Chili with Wild Rice and Garbanzo Beans

Ingredients:

-1 packet of already cooked wild rice (Trader Joes brand in vacuum sealed orange bag in the rice section)

-2 cans Shelton's Turkey Chili (Whole Foods)

-1 can Garbanzo beans

-sea salt and garlic to taste

Directions:

Microwave rice in microwavable bowl for 4 minutes. Stir in the 2 cans of chili and 1 can of garbanzo beans. Add salt and garlic to taste. Put in microwave for 2 more minutes... and enjoy! Put the left overs in a tupperware to take for lunch or have as a snack!
