
Sweet & Tart Snack
Ingredients:
1 Ezekiel Whole Wheat Tortilla
1 Tablespoon all natural peanut or almond butter
1 small handful of raisins
1/2 grated granny smith apple
Directions:
Spread the peanut or almond butter on the whole wheat tortilla
Place raisins evenly on top
Spread grated apple evenly on top of the raisins
Roll up.... cut into bite size pieces for a healthy snack full of good protein and complex carbohydrates!
