Recipe of the Week... "Breaded" Broccoli



Ingredients:
-1 bag frozen broccoli
-1/4 cup milled flaxseed
-3-4 tablespoons olive oil
-sea salt, garlic, red pepper flakes (optional) to taste

Directions:
Microwave or steam broccoli, add flaxseed, olive oil, sea salt, garlic, and red pepper flakes. Toss together to make a fabulous side dish with a "breaded" taste and flavor. Enjoy!!
