Recipe of the Week: Sweet Potato Pumpkin Delight!



Ingredients:
1 Can Sweet Potato Puree (Whole Foods)
1 Can Pumpkin Puree (Whole Foods)
1/4 Cup Crushed Walnuts
1/4 Cup Sliced Almonds
1/2 Cup Raisins
A lot of Cinnamon

Directions:
Put all of the ingredients in a large bowl and mix together. You can use this (hot or cold) as a side dish for chicken, turkey, or fish. You can also add it to oatmeal or cottage cheese. This can be a snack on its own. If you are making a pie, you can get a whole wheat pie crust and use it as a filling. With no added sugar and all nutrient dense ingredients., this is a yummy, sweet, and filling treat! Enjoy!
