March Client of the Month... Dianne Meyer!

Dianne Lost 13 Inches In Only 6 Weeks!

Pink Iron: What was your life like before coming to Pink Iron and starting on your fitness journey?

Dianne: My self esteem was getting pretty low and my energy level was starting to match that low. The person I saw reflected in the mirror didn't match up with the person I wanted to be so I shut down. Looking at my body just depressed me so I disconnected my brain from my body which only caused me to spiral & put on more weight. What a bum-out....

Pink Iron: What goals have you reached?

Dianne: I am trying not to focus on number oriented goals. My goal is to feel great inside and out. I want to work it and make it last! I hope to continue reducing inches rather than concentrating solely on losing weight. Who cares what it says on the scale if you look and feel awesome? So far I have lost 13 inches in 6 weeks, my energy levels are up & my self esteem is starting to become rock solid again. My eating and sleeping patterns are the best they have been in a long time.

Pink Iron: What has your life been like since reaching your goals and getting more fit?

Dianne: I feel better about myself and more confident about my life choices. I feel healthier, more vibrant and more awake. I am definitely becoming re-acquainted with some of my unloved bits, we decided to take it slow....

Pink Iron: Why do you like working out at Pink Iron and with your trainer?

Dianne: I really like the boutique ladies only atmosphere of Pink Iron. I enjoy the experience of being a client at a owner operated business. It's a great place to hang & work out with the girls with no worries about judgment on your appearance while you're working up a sweat. I love Deb, she is super positive and extremely encouraging. Someone I look forward to seeing every week. Deb not only keeps me on track physically she also has great advice and input on eating habits, food choices and smart shopping. My sessions with Deb are like a physical and mental therapy session wrapped in one!
