What can I say about this year? Well it feels like it has flown by while at the same time.. its been kinda long! So much has happened over the past year and there is so much that we are thankful for. Being able to open my "dream gym"... the big Pink Palace in the sky as some of our trainers have named it, has been the hardest but most rewarding experience of my life.
From the outside looking in, Pink Iron may look trendy, cool, and, though its a woman's gym, even a little intimidating to some. I've had women who have walked in and said that thought that there would be skinny "Barbie" girls in here lifting 2 pound weights and fixing their hair. But once they came in, they saw that that couldn't be further from the truth. What they did find was women of all ages, shapes, and sizes working hard to improve their health and their lives. They found a supportive environment and a friendly staff who was encouraging with no judgments. I am so proud to say that Pink Iron really has become all that I dreamed it would be. I have my entire staff to thank for that. All of the Pink Iron trainers truly embody our vision and are in line with our goals.
